As an African enterprise, CFTS is fully sensitive to the context of HIV and AIDS in our working and living environment.

All personnel are entitled to equality and freedom from discrimination or harassment, regardless of their HIV status.

Where any disclosure is made to CFTS, this will be treated in the strictest of confidence, including not sharing with any other employees, clients, etc.

CFTS is also committed to the prevention of HIV infection or AIDS impacts among its staff by offering advice and assistance to all staff vulnerable to HIV and AIDS.

CFTS HIV/AIDS policy comes from a desire to protect basic human rights, preserve the integrity of its labour force and respond to what the company recognises as a global challenge.
